[FM Discuss] new fm switching over now

hi

ok...so thanks to the big man (Aco) we have mapped all the old manual 
URLs (manual/chapter) onto the new ones...that *should* mean that all 
old URLS still work

let me know if they dont

at the moment the dns has been switched and the 'new' fm should be live 
shortly


i have also annes comments to look at regarding the empty pages in 
sugar...if anyone sees any more then please let me know.


soooo...those that are maintainers can now update their manuals all by 
themselves...i will send info shortly on how to do this
