[FM Discuss] new fm switching over now

Hello there,

The rewrites from old FM naming convention to new FM naming convention
aren't working at the mo.

I had a quick look and it seems that like this is because of capitalisation,
i.e.

http://en.flossmanuals.net/civicrm/civireportwhatis works

but we are linking to http://en.flossmanuals.net/CiviCRM/CiviReportWhatIs

Not sure if you are using Apache, but I googled and found this:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/mod/mod_rewrite.html#rewritemap
