[FM Discuss] new fm switching over now

Hey there,
So it looks like 19 out of the 65 chapters don't appear. They are listed
below. I checked four and they all appear in your TOC but the redirect
doesn't work.
Not sure what they all have in common but it looks like this is a bug. Any
ideas?
