[FM Discuss] Pootle documents

The question arose on the OLPC-Sur mailing list whether there were
Pootle manuals for translators and administrators. There is Pootle
documentation in English, Spanish, and other languages, but it is
somewhat out of date, and not organized for the needs of OLPC/Sugar
Labs.

Would anybody like to get involved in a Pootle book sprint?, If so, I
will recruit some subject-matter experts, and I will join in the work.
After that, we have some translators lined up, and I will recruit
more.

We should localize booki for translators in all of our target
languages, a substantial number and variety. We should probably set up
our own Pootle instance, take our own advice on how to run it, and
share our experience with it.
