How do we recover our Floss manual no longer loadable here:

I noticed http://en.flossmanuals.net/CiviCRM similarly disappeared about 
a month ago, but adding a final slash '/' at the end of the URL recovers it:

     http://en.flossmanuals.net/CiviCRM/

Can we similarly recover our manual here?

     http://en.flossmanuals.net/ClassActs/

The error message above is:

     Error
     This page does not exist. Book request=classacts Chapter request=index

This separate URL below is tragically missing all images; is there a 
straightforward fix?

     http://booki.flossmanuals.net/class-acts/_v/1.0/introduction/
