[FM Discuss] stupid question? how do i create a new book

I want to create one called 'CiviCRM user and admin exercises' and put it in
the CRM group.

Also i was just about to microblog on booki but it seemed to not work? happy
to wait for it to get going, of course, but just wanted u all to know how
excited i was about doing it :)
