[FM Discuss] how to move to the floss "read" section?

hi -

sorry in advance if i missed some discussions here. me and two other
guys are currently finishing a first edition of the csound floss manual.

we want to see now how it looks like after some days of writing, and
what we should do most urgently the next days. as i am the maintainer of
this manual, i thought i could publish it, so i went to
http://booki.flossmanuals.net/csound/edit/ and to the "Export" tab. I
pressed the "Publish this book" button and expected the book to appear
on http://en.flossmanuals.net/ in the Signal Processing group.

but it is just the objavi view which i can see (privately?) and
download. not the same view the reader can see, for instance, at
http://en.flossmanuals.net/pure-data.

am i missing something here? does "publish" not mean that a manual
appears on the site http://en.flossmanuals.net?

another (minor) problem: in the objavi view the math equations are still
broken (chapter 01C of the Csound manual).
