[FM Discuss] "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!", other Sugar books, missing from "Read"

In looking at http://en.flossmanuals.net/ I see that the Read section
is missing my book "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!".  I remember
seeing it there not long ago, so this might be the result of something
recent.

Also, it is still missing from the FLOSS Manuals Bookstore section of
the site.  Since this is pretty much the only way anyone will find out
that a bound and printed version is available I'd really like to have
it there.
