I can't remember if that information was in an early draft of the
manual. Probably not. But it can be added. I'll make a note of that
and either tackle that myself or get Edward (Cheung) to add it.

Hmm ... that gets me thinking. How difficult (or not) would it be to
add a widget or function to the authoring interface of Booki that
enables writers to make a list/wishlist of changes or additions for a
manual?
