recently adblock plus filter lists have filtered the editor in fm

i wrote to the maintainer of the most popular filter list:

its working now on booki and fm so we dont get blocked. phew. however we
need to work out a rule for the filter to ensure that this filter list
does not block other booki instances.

if anyone wants to crunch their brain on this feel free to look at the
filters rules:

and work out what is going on. the changes fanboy made were :
@@/xinha/plugins/DoubleClick/DoubleClick.$domain=booki.flossmanuals.net|booki.cc,script

but that is not sufficient as it is domain specific

the editor is still, for example, being blocked at
http://translate-new.flossmanuals.net

anyone want to have a look into this?
