[FM Discuss] Basic Security manual - thanks and edits

Congratulations to the folks who did the Basic Security manual - it's 
badly needed and a great addition to the FLOSS Manuals collection.

On behalf of the Mozilla Thunderbird folks, I'd like to thank the 
authors for using us as the example email application.

I have gone through the Thunderbird chapter and done some copy edits and 
some minor expansions, so I'd appreciate it if the project leads could 
re-publish.
