i am interested to help but my time is very limited - i'm involved in a 
big festival happening 16-21 august, organising streaming & online 
performances as well as giving my own performance & launching a new web 
site for the organisation all at the same time, so august is going to be 
a bit insane & it will also need to be my priority in july. then i also 
have quite a lot on in september ...

was there any final decision about the dates? the last weekend of august 
was proposed (27-28) but i don't remember whether this good for people? 
(it would work for me).

i think where i can be most useful is in the early planning/discussing 
stages.
