[FM Discuss] thinking about moving on

hi adam,
it will definitely be a different FM without you, but it certainly feels 
like there is a strong network of people with a commitment to seeing FM 
continue to grow & evolve. at the same time i agree with lachlan's 
comment about organisations like this benefitting from having a champion 
(or champions), so i hope that there are others out there with similar 
energy & commitment to you in terms of getting out & talking about it 
all to the world, as you have done so well for such a long time. thank 
you :)
