While it is inevitable that people move on, it always comes as a shock 
when it actually happens. First off, even thought it's 6-18 months down 
the track, good luck with your future plans!

Secondly, after a bit of research on founderitis, I agree that it's 
probably best to get out before you catch it! ;-D

I think this is all very viable within FM, however you will be missed 
and our new Champion, as Lachlan put it will have some big shoes to fill.
