[FM Discuss] Portals for Russian and Spanish manuals?

Hi all,

I've just joined this list - I wrote three flossmanuals for Sourcefabric
over the last year (Campcaster, Airtime, Newscoop) and I'm currently
sub-editing the Newscoop Cookbook.

I was wondering how we could go about adding ru.flossmanuals.net and
es.flossmanuals.net to the group of language icons in the Flossmanuals
page header. We have a Russian translation of the Newscoop manual
complete on booki.cc that is ready to be published, and more Russian and
Spanish translations in preparation.
