[FM Discuss] Translations

Two issues:

When can we get the linking for the flossmanuals translations
straightened out? It is inconsistent on the various language pages and
at translate.fm, and there are several languages for which we have
multiple manuals but no page.

How do we set up for a new set of translations? Let's say that I have
a few speakers of English, French, and Haitian Creole who want to
start Creole translations at FM, or 100 Cambodians (as I do). What do
I do? What do they do?
