At Sourcefabric we also need es.flossmanuals.net, and
ru.flossmanuals.net too.

To me, it seems like the domain name policy and top-level language
portals are entirely separate from any issues with the new translation
platform. We really need to standardise URLs for translated manuals so
that we can start distributing those manuals now.

For instance we have a complete manual translation at
http://www.booki.cc/newscoop3journalists_ru/ and it seems like there's
no way to publish it on flossmanuals at the moment.

We also have a Spanish translation of the same book underway at
http://www.booki.cc/newscoop3journalists_es/

Is there any way we can help Adam set up these new language portals? For
example if the button artwork and font information was available, I
could make new buttons for the header graphic.

Also there needs to be some housekeeping on the site, which us FM users
could help with by finding and reporting bugs. For instance if you click
on the 'nl' button for the Dutch manuals, then click the 'en' button to
go back to English, you go to http://en.flossmanuals.net/read/ which is
a 404.
