Right, in the case of the Sourcefabric manuals we are also hiring
translators because getting the manuals translated into Russian and
Spanish is a high priority. But other manuals - say Audacity, or
bypassing censorship - are also really useful to the Sourcefabric target
audience in those countries. So I don't think the volunteer portal
managers will translate one manual and leave it at that.

I'm unlikely to be able to attend that, but I can certainly make you
some graphics here.

I was more thinking of creating the whole header using CSS to replace
the image map, and then if you like it, you can drop it straight in. If
you don't like the implementation, I can adjust it until you do :-)

Without being too dramatic, in some countries having the right technical
information (e.g. on privacy and security) can be a matter of life and
death for journalists and their readers. So we're really very serious
about seeing this through.
