Yes it's look similar at "Concordance". But we are not talking about
translation proofreading.
For example when at the beginning of the manual we use a vocabulary and
after some day we change the vocabulary, it's quicker to make a
research/replace for all the word in the text.
Is the same when we decide after to change the style of a word. etc.
Global harmonization ?
