I have made new language buttons for the FM site, including Spanish and
Russian buttons, which I sent to Adam. I reimplemented the navigation in
CSS rather than as an imagemap, which is a lot more flexible when it
comes to adding new languages. You can see an example which Adam put up
here:

Also it looks like Sourcefabric staff will be helping out with the
portal page management, for Russian at least.
