[FM Discuss] Publishing to FM

Hi Adam,

A couple of weeks ago someone asked us to publish the Memorize activity 
manual, I've been trying since then to publish it but have not had full 
success.

When I use get booki or get booki gears, the FM templated HTML is 
created, but the manual is not added to the Read page, nor is it visible 
in the Book Info page in booki publisher.

When I click on the pdf and epub links in the published html, I get a 
URL not found error, even though I got emails, saying that these had 
been created when using get booki gears.
