[FM Discuss] italian translation for Digital Foundations

ok dan der man(ual) i made you mr magic admin...

you can create user accounts etc...wanna try your hand first and make 
a.l.e an account? and give rights to the Italian digital foundations 
manual for updating?

*dont* grant yourself access to all manuals. if someone wants one 
updated then add that manual when needed to your list and then 
update...the reason is that we have 300 manuals or so in the list and 
somehow when you send a request it sends all the info via json back to 
the server but there is some kind of max char limit for php post (or 
something) and so the list gets truncated and then...blah blah

also those manuals you wanted to be added are hidden so whoever admins 
those first needs to unhide them else they cant get 'published'(that 
works as expected)
