[FM Discuss] translate an english manual

Create an account on booki.flossmanuals.net, then go to My Manuals in
the left side navigation. Under Import Manual, set Import type: to
Import Booki, then paste the URL of the manual you want to translate
into the Source: field.

In the New title (optional): field, put the translated title. Then click
Import. This will create the new manual.

The step I am stuck on is making the translation appear in the gears
plugin at http://en.flossmanuals.net/admin.php?plugin=getbookgears so it
can be exported to the public site, but maybe someone else on the list
knows how to do that.
