make sure you are first clicking the "upload" button not the "insert" 
button. its a bad interface design issue that needs to be solved 
quickly. Essentially make sure you place an image by following these 2 
steps:
1 upload image
2. insert image

i think Scott has already contacted them. the point of Fm (FLOSS 
Manuals) is just to go ahead and do it. So if you see something that 
needs to be updated then just do it :) it might be a lot but if everyone 
has this approach it gets done
