Sourcefabric has an office in Toronto, I could ask if we could
facilitate something there.

We are very interested in working with FM community members who have an
interest in free tools for independent media. Translations of
Sourcefabric manuals from English into Russian and Spanish are underway,
but we would welcome help to produce more.

In particular, the Newscoop CMS has admin interface support for 20+
languages built-in, but can be adapted to any language or local dialect
with its Localizer tool. So between us, we can potentially deliver a
Free Software newsroom CMS together with manual in any language.
