Like /_full/, this appears to be a hidden URL?
(At least I can't find anything that links there)

- certainly the current links to pages with 'Draft' watermarks don't seem
very usable...

IMHO the RSS feed should be diffs rather than full chapters (or links to
diffs - I'd rather see the full diff within the feed).
Being able to subscribe via email as well could be nice, but I think a 3rd
party tool could do that so this is lower priority
