[FM Discuss] can anyone help me get out manual back on lulu?

Hi Michael,

I've changed the setting to General access, which means it should be 
available for anyone to view and purchase. I can't yet find it from a 
general search on the lulu site, but there may be a downtime between 
changing a books settings and the changes being made to the site.

So I will check in an hour or so and keep you updated.
