We had this problem in the Finnish one too. Fixed it by changing the names
of the chapters. Which means you have to actually move the old chapter into
the hold area and paste the contents into a new chapter with a different
name. Chapters with the same name apparently worked fine in the wiki
platform we used before Booki, so these duplicate chapter names are probably
remnants from the old system.
