so, i had a look at dates and things and the doodle list etc...heres my 
proposal: lets go for oct 1,2,3 I believe Janet will be in town from the 
US for this period and so we can take advantage of these dates AND it 
coincides with when everyone is available

FM can pay for all the euro travellers which is:
Helen, Tomi, Elisa, Michael, Mick

There is not enough $ to stretch to US or antipodean travel 
unfortunately. I will still look around for travel for Ed and Martin but 
I would say that its very unlikely I can find the cash.

Still thats 7 out of a possible 9 people which is very good. I would be 
*very* happy of everyone on this list can make it.

For Euro travel I waiting for a new password to the FM bank account - it 
will take some weeks. Frustrating and badly timed. Can everyone cover 
their own travel and FM can pay this back? Enough to say -choose the 
cheapest options to get here with the minimum hassle.

Given the small but distinguished crew :) I suggest we do it in Berlin 
and we meet at my studio during the day. I will find an apartment for 
everyone to share and fm will pay for this (or maybe me)...sound ok?
