its taking longer than i expected. For those that are interested im 
changing the way we publish from booki.flossmanuals.net->en.flossmanuals.net

essentially the problem is that if a manual has 2 chapters with the same 
name they overwrite each other. This is because objavi publishes 
(sensibly) the chapters for html export as :
chxxx_chaptername

eg. ch001_introduction, ch002_about-this-book

etc

so if there are two introductions for two different sections then it 
does not often matter for 'normal' users of Booki. However :).... we 
have many manuals that get updated regularly and are referenced by 
external sites. CiviCRM forums for example reference the book often. If 
a new chapter is added or the table of contents rearranged then a 
chapter referenced in the forms might go from (for example):
ch043_installation

to

ch056_installation

you can see the problem...

so, michael brought this up and it was a good point :) so i am now 
trying to get the publisher to automagically know that there are 
duplicated chapter names and if so it will nest all chapters in 
directories names after the section they are in...eg:
getting-setup/installation

if there are no duplicates it leaves them all on one level

woooo...so. almost there. its all working except this all effects 
another plugin (read) in the publisher ... so it 'publishes' correctly 
now but if it nests the chapters as it should then you cant actually 
read them :D

will fix that bit tomorrow...sorry for delays to those that are waiting 
to use it
