All press releases should have a permalink, they'll reach a lot more
people that way. Not just now, but years into the future when
journalists are doing background research for another story on this topic.

I would suggest putting it in the Press tab here:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/index.php?plugin=blog

but also putting the permalink into the version that is emailed out.
