[FM Discuss] Translating CiviCRM manual to Chinese

clone the manual :
1. goto 'my manuals'

2. copy the full url for civi (http://booki.flossmanuals.net/civicrm) 
into 'import booki' inder umport manuals

3. give the manual a new name in the box provided (dont use chinese 
chars call it 'civicrm zh' or something similar

4. click import

5. translate

(translators can always see original source with 'view chapter' when 
editing)
