Thanks for clarifying that, though. Perhaps the text in the gears plugin
should now be updated from:

'Warning Only use this for updating books. If you are pushing abook for
the first time then use the older plugin ('get book')'

The next stumbling block is that the 'get booki gears' plugin does not
show the translations I have imported in its drop-down 'Choose Book'
menu, so I can't export them to en.flossmanuals.net.
