[FM Discuss] Book Sprints book

I have to write a little manual about the collaborative writing process we
have been using here, which is like:

- Startup meeting and a live writing session
- Online collaborative writing
- Live writing session
- Online collaborative writing
- Repeat until complete

We used different external resources for coordination, like Moodle, a wiki
page or project mailing lists. I wonder if people would now be able to
communicate with Booktype itself, or if we still need something else as
well.

This booklet should include a little style guide, since some people seem to
like those, and otherwise you will end up making a new ad hoc style guide
for each writing process. A glossary is probably also needed.

It should probably include the Booktype user guide. And some information
about FLOSS Manuals.
