[FM Discuss] translation workflow

Hey guys,

We are just starting a spanish translation of the CiviCRM user and
administrator guide and I'm wondering whether we are using the best
workflow.

Basically, we have created a new book at booki.flossmanuals.net called it
'civicrm administrator guide ES'.  We are then importing one chapter at a
time from the english book and translating it.

Seems to be working ok - what do you guys think? Is that best practice? are
we missing a trick?
