[FM Discuss] please publish the new csound manual

hi floss admins -

we have finished a new release of the csound floss manual. can you
please push this version to the "Read" section?

while you are at it: could you please change some lower and upper cases?
the read section at http://en.flossmanuals.net/ has "csound"; the write
section at http://booki.flossmanuals.net/ has "CSound". but actually it
should be everywhere "Csound".
