[FM Discuss] Creating a French Edition for the Freedom Fone book

Hi folks

What is the best approach for creating a French Edition of an existing book?

My first attempt was to log in and try to import the English version (so 
as to get all the images and chapters).

There is no information at 
http://www.booki.cc/booki-user-guide/importing-a-book/ on what URL to 
use for importing a FLOSS Manuals book, so I tried the following from 
the My Manuals page:

1. Import Booki and use http://en.flossmanuals.net/freedom-fone/ as the 
Source

This generates the following error:

Error while doing import
This is a first version of error message. Not much to see here.

2. Import Booki and use http://booki.flossmanuals.net/freedom-fone/ as 
the Source

This resulted in nothing but a "Waiting for booki.flossmanuals.net" 
message at the bottom of the screen for about an hour.

Chrome browser displays "Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The 
connection was reset."
