[FM Discuss] csound floss epub and pdf not correct (fixed)

it might be because booki.zip exports all images whether the chapters 
use them or not...that means manuals with many images which are not used 
can cause objavi to not process the booki.zip - I have this morning 
filed this ticket as a blocker. so its not Bookipublisher but booki that 
is causing the issue as far as I can tell
