When updating a translation, it's so much quicker if you only have to
translate a few highlighted lines, rather than reading the whole book
again to figure out what changed. That lower barrier to entry could make
it a lot easier to recruit and retain volunteer translators.

Of course, software manuals need to be updated a lot more frequently
than most other types of books. So this is a potential killer feature
for the FM use case.
