the problem with this  attachments "blocker" was because that guy
uploaded 1GB of images
into the book. that made zip file big and because objavi is reading
zip file in the memory it would
never be able to read entire file.

exporting all attachments will just generate bigger zip file. objavi
will unzip it in it's directory and it
does not care if there is 10 of them or 100. this trick was used so
you can put specific fonts or
images inside of the custom css.

i would say the problem is somewhere else.
