[FM Discuss] StatusNet manual

Hi,

It has been confirmed that we are going to write a StatusNet manual as a
part of a Tampere University technical documentation course during
September-December.

I installed a StatusNet here for the course:

Note that many spam bots have already found it even though there are no
real users yet. ;)
