[FM Discuss] Inkscape Manual (En)

Hey,

I'm back. I don't expect a party, but I do want to bring the Inkscape 
Manual up to date and try to build up the documentation community up so 
we can keep it updated.

I had thought that we had transferred the manual to Booki, but the 
Inkscape manual is empty.

In order to get up to speed, would somebody have time to walk me through 
transferring the manual over? I don't want someone to do it for me - I 
want to do it so I can get wrap my mind around it all.

Thanks! It's great to see all the good things that have been going on 
with FM!
