No, there's no russian Pd community. But I know people who would like to learn Pure Data.

I was kind of hoping there would be at least a work in progress translation on FLOSS Manuals. But since it doesn't exist, then I'd like you to help me with the use of FLOSS Manuals for translation. 'Cause all these changes of interface/platform/whatever are quite confusing.
