Hi Lana,

As FLOSS Manuals is a community that creates free manuals for free software, all you need to do to see a Russian translation is to create an account at http://booki.flossmanuals.net, import the english puredata manual (renaming it to show that it is the russian translation) and start translating.

If you have questions about any of theese steps, just let us know.
