Harriet,

I'm not exactly connected with FLOSS Manuals.  I did use the site to write
two books and helped with the translation of one of them into Spanish, also
using the site.  I have written a bit about it here:

If your professor wants more information (since I haven't used the site in
awhile and much has happened since) I'd recommend that he join the FM
Discuss mailing list, which I have copied this email to.

He may contact me if he wishes to.  I'm just saying that other than what
I've written he may get better help elsewhere,
