[FM Discuss] Booktype localization

Hi,

Instructions for this are useful. I translated the localization file
into Finnish a few months ago but it was still incomplete:
https://gist.github.com/2385458 So I ended writing a lot of
translations into the templates...

I kinda like the idea of using something like Translatewiki for all
FLOSS localization projects, since it makes it a lot easier to
participate without doing something like forking and installing the
software.

Is it possible to limit the pull requests in GitHub to just one file
or directory? Cause the Finnish fork is full of all kinds of small
changes you really don't want to pull into the main repository?
