[FM Discuss] Firefox manual, and membership

I just posted a query from the mailbox I was subscribed on, and it is 
held for moderation.
And, I wasn't able to login to the site.
I created a new account using this email, and now I see the Firefox 
manual under Write, but not Read.

Do old accounts get purged or dropped in case of inactivity?
