It's manual, so you can go ahead and invite the community to make 
changes in booki without worrying about changing the public face.
When you want to -  you publish from booki.flossmanuals.net to 
en.flossmanuals.net.

If you find me in IRC again I can talk you through that process so you 
don't have to rely on us to be around when you want to publish.
