[FM Discuss] Need info on how to publish to FM read

As a result of the Google Code-In I have some new content in the OLPC book
Make Your Own Sugar Activities!  Unfortunately it has been such a long time
since I've published the web version that I've forgotten how to do it.  Can
someone remind me?
