[FM Discuss] CSS issues with Freedom Fone book

copying the correct CSS into the custom window has fixed the problem.

i must say that the various procedures required to update a) the 
flossmanuals version, b) lulu (A5 size) and c) A4 PDF version is not 
straight forward!
